85% of patients with coronavirus who are hospitalized at Famagusta General Hospital, which operates as a Reference Hospital, have no history of vaccination, Amalia Hatzigianni, Scientific Director of Larnaca - Famagusta Hospitals, told CNA.

She added that "currently 50 patients are hospitalized at Famagusta General Hospital, of which 11 are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as they need closer monitoring. The average age of those hospitalized is 69 years, the youngest patient is 31 years old and the oldest 93, both with no history of vaccination."
