A new service for Financial Ethics, which receives consumer complaints, has been created within the Central Bank, the Governor of the Central Bank, Constantinos Herodotou, said today.
Herodotou was responding to a reporter's question about consumer complaints about basic payment accounts on the sidelines of the signing of a collective agreement between the Central Bank of Cyprus and ETYK.
