New relaxations to the restrictive measures against the spread of coronavirus will come into force from next Monday, as announced by the Minister of Health, Michael Hadjipandela.
Specifically, at its meeting on Tuesday, the Council of Ministers approved, among other things, the lifting of the ban on the entry of persons who have not completed their vaccination regime into catering establishments, entertainment centres, music and dance centres, stadiums, theatres, cinemas, theatres, theatres, weddings, baptisms and accommodation in hotels or tourist accommodation.
The measure will apply from 21 February 2022 and entry will be permitted on presentation of a SafePass , a 24-hour rapid antigen detection test.
