Natalia Christofi achieved a new best individual performance in the 60m hurdles on Wednesday evening, February 9, at the international indoor athletics meeting held in the French city of Montvigue.
The Cypriot champion ran in the second heat of the first round, finishing in fourth place with 8.27, improving her performance of 8.30 achieved on January 29 in Nantes. In the semi-final, Christofi fell in the fastest race, running from lane 6, from which she managed to run 8.27.
The athlete of Alexandros Stavridis was unlucky at first, as she was not included in the final for milliseconds, having exactly the same performance (8.27), as the British Megha Marsh (2nd in the first row).
