The Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow warning for extremely low temperatures from 21.00 today, Friday 11 March until 8.00 tomorrow morning 12 March.
As stated in the warning, the minimum temperature in the higher mountain ranges is expected to drop to minus 8 degrees Celsius.
