The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth has the sensitivity and gives priority to Special Schools so that the children attending them are in a safe environment, the Ministry said in a statement in relation to public statements and publications about the building facilities at the School for the Deaf.
The Ministry of Education welcomes that the publications speak of excellent staff, which shows the sensitivity and attention the Ministry pays to staffing at the School for the Deaf.
It also notes that the School for the Deaf is one of the first schools in which the Ministry has proceeded with an audit of the electrical installation and a certificate has been issued by the Department of Electromechanical Services.
