The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, Prodromos Prodromou, will submit a proposal to the Council of Ministers to facilitate the admission of Ukrainians who will come to Cyprus to continue their studies either in universities or in schools, both public and private, as he told CNA.
Specifically, he said, the Minister of Education will be authorized, in consultation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to explore ways "to support students/pupils and also to use European resources." [HE NOTED THAT THE PROPOSAL WOULD CONCERN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS/INSTITUTIONS.
