[CNA] Makris and Akterzi tied for 1st place with six other athletes at the Shooting World Cup

The Cypriot trap champions Andreas Makris and Nihat Akterzi at the end of the first day of the ISSF World Shooting Cup, are tied for first place with six other athletes with a total score of 49/50.

An ISSF press release states that on the first day of competition at the 2022 Shooting World Cup, all trap athletes competed in the first 50 records of the qualification event. The third athlete to make up the national trap team, Yiannos Aeliotis, tied for 44th place with 46/50, while the two shooters vying for a spot in the world rankings finished the first day with 45/50 for Adonis Mylonas and 41/50 for Nicolas Kyriakou.
