The Larnaca Criminal Court imposed a total fine of 76 thousand euros on a company for the spy van case.
The accused company, initially faced ninety-one charges of violating the Protection of Privacy of Private Communications Act, the Attacks against Information Systems Act, the Electronic Communications and Postal Services Regulation Act, the Law on Radiocommunications, the Law on the Customs Code and the Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of Data for offences committed in 2018 and 2019.
Forty-nine charges to which she was acquitted were suspended and following her plea she was found guilty on forty-two counts.
