The Paphos District Court ordered the suspension of the operation of the premises until the hearing of the case on 14 February 2022.
According to Pafos Assistant Police Director Michalis Ioannou on 5.2.22 members of the Paphos CID within the framework of the control carried out to prevent the spread of COVID-19 reported a manager of a premises located in the tourist area of Ayios Antonios in Kato Paphos for selling alcoholic beverages without a license from the competent authority, playing music outside the premises without a license from the Municipality of Paphos and making violations concerning the decrees of the Ministry of Health and related protocols for the spread of the coronavirus.
Subsequently, on 7 February 2022, a criminal case was filed against the owner in the Court which was set for hearing on 14 February 2022.
