[CNA] Identification of undeclared workers and fines following inspections by the Ministry of Labour

The Ministry of Labour announced that 5 undeclared workers were identified and 5 Notices of Violation and 2 Fines of €5,000 were issued, following inspections of industrial premises.

The Inspection Service of the Ministry of Labour Welfare and Social Insurance, in the context of the effort to combat undeclared work and control compliance with basic labour legislation, during the month of January 2022 carried out targeted inspections on a nationwide basis in Industries / Industrial Areas.
