Heavy hailfall occurred in many areas of Paphos shortly before 15:00.
Due to the hailstorm, according to a police statement, the Chada - Stroubiou road has become slippery and dangerous, so drivers are advised to be particularly careful.
The hail lasted for a few minutes and then the sunshine returned.
So far no damage has been reported.
