Under the instructions of the Deputy Ministry of Sports, the Greek delegation "adopted" the Ukrainian champion, Oleh Sapizak and contributed decisively so that he could participate in the games.
After Russia invaded Ukraine, Shapizak fled to Poland and from there he travelled to the event, which is held in the city of Budva.
