The Paphos District Court today, Saturday, issued a six-day detention order against four persons who were arrested yesterday to facilitate investigations into an ongoing case of illegal possession of drugs and property.
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, these are four men, aged 44, 24, 42 and 36, who were arrested last night during a police search in an apartment in Paphos. A quantity of methamphetamine weighing 141 grams, a quantity of cannabis weighing 54.5 grams, a quantity of cannabis resin weighing one gram, a quantity of cocaine weighing three grams and 54 pills, believed to be 'Ecstasy', were found inside the apartment and seized as evidence.
