The deaths of four people from COVID-19 and 4,187 new cases were announced on Monday by the Ministry of Health, with a positive rate of 3.05%.
According to a statement, the ministry said the total number of deaths is 661, while the number of cases is 208,559.
It notes that of the 245 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 86 are in serious condition, and 76.64% of those hospitalized have no history of vaccination.
In addition, 18 post-COVID patients who have ceased to be infectious (declassified cases) continue to be hospitalized intubated in serious condition due to COVID in an ICU.
In the meantime, a total of 137,091 tests have been performed to detect the disease by the molecular method (PCR) and the antigen rapid test (antigen rapid test).
