[CNA] Foreign Minister and Speaker of the House of Commons discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation

The strengthening of the bilateral partnership between Cyprus and Britain was among the issues discussed at a meeting between Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides and the Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, on Thursday.

According to a post by the Foreign Ministry on Twitter, during the meeting, which took place in the context of the British official's three-day visit to Cyprus, issues of common interest were discussed, such as the strengthening of the bilateral partnership, cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth, as well as the promotion of ties between the peoples of the two countries.
