Five people died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 646, while new cases set a new negative record, as 5457 (4.44% positivity rate) were detected by PCR and antigen rapid tests, bringing the total number of cases to 183,178.
A statement from the Ministry of Health said that 209 patients are hospitalized, of which 76 are in serious condition. 78% of those hospitalized have no history of vaccination.
