Through failures of the 2018 and 2019 plans for photovoltaic parks, distortions were created that lead to excess profits of certain entrepreneurs at the expense of the consumer, so immediate corrective actions are required, says ETEK in a statement.

According to ETEK, the project for photovoltaic parks announced in 2018, with a capacity of 120 MW, did not follow the logic of a competitive tender, in view of the fact that the competitive market would operate in a very short period of time. According to the plan: "the applicants will contract with AEC to purchase the generated electricity at the respective RES market price as determined by RAEK".
