The efforts made for the smooth operation of schools in the midst of a pandemic were the focus of a meeting of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, Prodromos Prodromos, with the Pancyprian Confederation of Federations of Associations of Parents of Public Secondary Schools.
As the Minister said after the meeting, "I was given the opportunity to inform the President and members of the leadership of the Confederation about the efforts made and the fact that despite all the difficulties during these two days of reopening of the schools we have managed to meet the challenge and the schools were able to operate with substitutions and replacement of teachers absent due to the pandemic."
