A downward trend in all indicators, although the community infection burden remains high, records the National Report made through Feb. 28.

Deaths


Meanwhile, according to the Death Report, as of March 2, 2022, 997 deaths of people diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported to the Ministry of Health's Health Monitoring Unit. 61.4% are males (612 deaths) and the remaining 38.6% are females (385 deaths).

Of the 997 deaths, 863 (87%) had COVID-19 as the underlying cause.

Of the total number of deaths with an underlying cause of COVID-19, 61.6% were in men (532 deaths) and the remaining 38,4% are female (3
