The Cyprus Stock Exchange recorded a new drop, the second in a row, on Thursday. The General Index closed with a slight loss of 0.62% at 69.20 points.
The FTSE/CySE 20 Index fell by 0.65%, closing at 41.56 points. The daily trading volume amounted to €113,678.
Of the individual stock market indices, only the Hotel Index rose by 0.10%, while the Main Market lost 0.82% and the Alternative Market lost 0.02%. Investment closed unchanged.
The greatest investor interest was attracted by the shares of Bank of Cyprus with a volume of €46,715 (price €1.095 - down 1.79%), Hellenic Bank with €16,823 (price €0.80 - down 0.74%), Cyprus Cement Company with a volume of €15.250 (price €0.51 - up 0.99%), Atlantic Insurance with a volume of €12.892 (price €1.84
