A donation of a seven-seater vehicle for the transportation of people with autism was made this week by the Rotary Club of Nicosia-Aspelia to the Association for People with Autism at the Autism Centre.
A statement from the club said that the handover took place in a ceremony in the presence of the Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance Andreas Zacharias.
The vehicle, it added, "will cover the needs of people with autism and autism characteristics in their transport to the centre and for the socialisation and integration activities organised by the centre".
