[CNA] Disputes over access of loan management companies to guarantors' data continue

The ability of loan management companies to access the banking data of guarantors, collateral providers and persons connected to borrowers in the loans they manage continues to be the subject of controversy.

This bill was discussed again on Monday in the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives, following the postponement of its vote in the plenary session on 9 December.

An amendment tabled by the parties ELAM, DPA-Cooperation of Democratic Forces and the Movement of Citizens' Ecological Cooperation on the bill aims to remove access of credit facility management companies to the "ARTEMIS database", as well as the "database of the Department of Lands and Surveys" with respect to guarantors, collateral providers and persons affiliated with borrowers, in order to
