[CNA] Decree of the Minister of Health published

The new decree of the Minister of Health[/URL] was published on Thursday with the new measures to contain the pandemic, which come into force on 31 January 2022 at 00.00 a.m. and expire on 17 February 2022 at 23.59 p.m., unless otherwise stated in the Regulations of this Decree.

Pursuant to the Ordinance, effective January 28, 2022, students in private and public elementary schools and public and private secondary schools who are close contacts of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases within the school district, who according to Ministry of Health health protocols are required to remain in mandatory containment status, may continue their attendance in the school unit with physical presence, under
