Cyprus expressed its solidarity with France following the decision of the Malian authorities to declare the French Ambassador in the country as persona non grata.
In a post by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Twitter, Cyprus regrets the recent decision of the Malian transitional authorities to declare the French Ambassador to Mali as an undesirable persona non grata. It added that Cyprus stands in full solidarity with France, calling on the Malian authorities to reverse this decision.
