Officials from the Republic of Cyprus authorities are visiting Glasgow this week to be trained in the management of rape and serious sexual abuse cases.
The visit is supported by the British Government and coincides with International Women's Day, a statement from the British High Commission in Nicosia said, adding that the Cypriot authorities are preparing a study on the establishment of a Sexual Assault Reporting Centre in Cyprus.
According to the statement, officials from the Cyprus Police, the Legal Service, the Ministry of Health, Social Welfare Services and the National Health Services Agency (NHS) are visiting the Glasgow & Clyde Rape Crisis Centre (GCRC) to view the facilities there and discuss with
