Police on Saturday continued their coordinated operations to police the community of Chloraka. The new operation took place from 5pm, until midnight and was attended by members of the Paphos Police Directorate, the PAPD, the PAPO HQ, the PAPH HQ, the PAPH YMCA, the YKAN and the Airport Security Directorate (ASA).
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, during the operation, a check was carried out at an apartment complex in Chloraka, for violations of the decree concerning the settlement of international protection applicants in that community.
There, four persons were found residing in violation of the decree and after being charged in writing, they were released to be summoned later.
At the same time, a total of 153 vehicles were stopped, of which 80 were searched, Ms
