The Police filed complaints against 7 citizens and 9 managers of establishments in the last 24 hours, after 1,954 checks carried out nationwide, in order to ascertain compliance with and implementation of the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act.
According to statements made to CNA by a spokesperson of the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, 532 checks were carried out in Nicosia, in the context of which 4 citizens and 7 establishments were reported, while in Limassol 191 checks were carried out, which resulted in 1 citizen and 1 establishment being reported.
