The Cyprus Amateur Athletics Federation of Athletics refers to the nomination of Phoebus Konstantinidis as an ambassador of "fair play" of the Cyprus Sports Organisation and the Cyprus Olympic Committee, expressing at the same time its satisfaction for the honourable, as it described it, decision of the two main sports bodies of the country.
