RCB Bank announces a change in its shareholder structure.
On 24 February 2022, a 46.29% stake in RCB Bank's share capital held by VTB Bank (PJSC) was acquired by the other existing, Cypriot shareholders representing RCB Bank's management, a statement said.
Following this development, and subject to the approval of the supervisory authorities, RCB Bank's shareholding structure is now composed exclusively of private Cypriot shareholders from the Bank's Management.
