A certificate from the Department of Taxation that they have settled their tax obligations should be secured by those interested in loans with government guarantees.
In an announcement by the Department of Taxation regarding government guarantees to credit institutions for loans to enterprises and self-employed persons, it is stated that according to an Order of the Minister of Finance dated 19/11/2021 (KID 476/2021), enterprises and self-employed persons, who are eligible for a loan concession, should secure, among other things, a certificate from the Department of Taxation that they have settled their tax obligations.
In order to obtain the relevant certificate, the persons concerned or their representatives should submit a request by e-mail to the local District Offices,
