One person was injured in a scuffle in Nicosia, while four other people aged 14-16 were taken to Nicosia General Hospital's emergency room for tests. Police have arrested a person aged 53 in connection with the case.
According to a police statement, at around 9.30 last night, information was received about a fight between a number of persons in Nicosia and members of the police went to the scene and located a number of minors and adults, who allegedly fought with each other.
Police proceeded to arrest a person aged 53 years for the offence of assault and causing actual bodily harm.
A person aged 28 was injured as a result of the incidents and was taken to Nicosia General Hospital where he was found to have a fracture to the head,
