Back to winning ways for Manchester United, who won 2-0 against Brighton in an away game for the 18th round of the English Premier League.
Coming off a run of three successive draws, Ralph Ragnig's men went ahead on 51 minutes thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's first goal of the year, with compatriot Bruno Fernandes sealing the win with a goal in the sixth minute of stoppage time.
With the win, the Red Devils moved up to 4th place in the standings heading into next season's Champions League group stage, two points clear of 5th placed West Ham.
