An Australian judge today (10/1) ordered Novak Djokovic's release from "immigration detention", ruling that the government's decision to revoke the Serbian tennis star's visa to enter the country was "unreasonable".

Judge Anthony Kelly ordered Djokovic to be released within 30 minutes and his passport and other travel documents returned, allowing the world number one to claim his 21st career Grand Slam at the upcoming Australian Open, which, if successful, would be a record. [HOWEVER, LAWYERS FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAVE TOLD THE COURT THAT THE COUNTRY'S IMMIGRATION MINISTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXERCISE HIS PERSONAL POWER TO REVOKE DJOKOVIC'S VISA.
