APOEL was the winner of the derby against Omonia, while Paphos and Aris were tied, in matches that opened the curtain of the 22nd and last round of the first phase of the Cyta Football League.
APOEL opened the scoring in the 19th minute through Kvilitaya, while in the 41st minute Omonia missed a penalty kick through Boteak which was saved by the APOEL goalkeeper.
In the second half, APOEL made it 3 - 0 with goals by De Vincenti in the 48th minute and Kvilitaya in the 55th minute with a well-taken penalty kick.
