The President of the Pancyprian Confederation of Federations of Associations of Parents' Associations of Primary Education Schools, Frixos Zebylas, expressed doubts whether today's 55-minute work stoppage of teachers in primary schools will achieve its goals, noting that, apart from the inconvenience for parents and students, no other problems were observed.
In a statement to CNA, Zebylas said that the Confederation is concerned about what will happen if in 15 days no solutions are provided and the PDED decides to escalate its mobilizations.
