Rapid developments are taking place in the used car document forgery case, with police working on new evidence and arresting another man, following the arrest of four people on Wednesday afternoon.
New evidence obtained by police led to the arrest of a 63-year-old Nicosia resident last night to facilitate investigations into an ongoing case of conspiracy to commit a felony and a misdemeanour, abuse of authority, issuing false certificates by public officials, neglect of official duty, forgery, circulation of false documents and securing registration by means of false representations.
