An agreement to suspend indefinitely the workers' strike and the withdrawal by the company of the letters sent to 36 workers for redundancy was reached after a long meeting between Cyprus Public Transport and the unions SEGDAMELIN-PEO and OMEPEGE-SEK, at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, on Saturday.
This was stated after the four-hour meeting by the ministry's DG Stavros Michael, who had called the meeting.
