Reversing after extra time the 0-1 of the first game, AEL won tonight at Tsireios Stadium with a 2-0 victory over Apollon in a thrilling replay and advanced to the "8" of the Cyprus Cup where they will face Omonia.
In regulation time, the match ended with AEL leading 1-0 with a beautiful goal from Santos in the second half. In extra time, Pantelidis' side celebrated qualification to the last eight with a goal from Papafotis.
