The Director of the Central Body for Equal Burden Sharing (CFIKB) Loukia Efstathiou calls on the approximately 930 borrowers who have expressed interest in participating in the terminated/expired/non-performing loans management scheme to apply for loan restructuring before the period for submitting their intentions, which is March 1, 2022, expires, noting that around 1.600 borrowers have already applied to restructure their loan.
The terminated/expired/non-performing loans management plan concerns loans granted with funds of the CFICB, through the Housing Financing Agency.
