A 26-year-old man was detained for assisting an escapee.
Around 07:05 a patrol of the Paphos Police Station noticed a car in Kato Paphos near Agapinoros Street in which two people were riding.
According to the Press Spokesman and Head of Paphos CID Michael Nicolaou, the police identified the driver as one of the two escapees, 28-year-old Alexandros Sarkisidis, and the passenger was an unknown man.
