Police yesterday arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with a case of illegal possession of explosives and property and attempted housebreaking.
According to a statement from the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters and the evidence under investigation, a resident of Paphos district, while at his home yesterday afternoon, allegedly heard keys at the entrance, with an unknown person trying to enter it.
Immediately, the complainant shouted loudly to indicate that someone was inside the house, while at the same time he exited the house through another door and saw the suspicious person walking away.
