A 34-year-old person, who is allegedly involved in the case of extorting money with false representations by impersonating a doctor, was taken into custody, according to Michael Nicolaou, spokesman and Head of Paphos CID.
Nicolaou said that the Paphos Crime Detection Department was informed by a banking institution that they were visited by a potential victim who wished to withdraw money for this purpose.
