The Paphos District Court issued a five-day detention order against a 27-year-old suspect for alleged complicity in the escape of two prisoners from the Paphos Police Department's detention facilities.
According to the Press Spokesman and Head of the Pafos Police Department Michael Nicolaou, the Police arrested a 27-year-old resident of Pafos yesterday to facilitate the interrogation of a case of complicity after the commission of a felony.
Against the 27-year-old man, testimony had been secured regarding the escape of two prisoners from the detention facilities of the Paphos Police Directorate.
