A 25-year-old resident of Gold City was taken into custody in connection with residential burglary and theft.
According to Paphos Assistant Police Director, Michael Ioannou, the burglary was reported on 29.9.21 at Polis Chrysochous police station by a 50-year-old resident of Polis Chrysochous apartment.
Various items of value were allegedly stolen from the 50-year-old's residence, according to Mr. Ioannou.
After further investigations by police, testimony against the 25-year-old, who was arrested on Thursday in Paphos district and taken into custody, emerged. Investigations are continuing by the Paphos CID.
