The Police filed complaints against 18 citizens and 5 establishments in the last 24 hours, after 2,308 checks carried out nationwide, in order to ascertain compliance with and implementation of the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act.
As a spokesman for the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters told CNA, 695 checks were carried out in Nicosia, during which 6 citizens complained, while in Limassol 144 checks were carried out, which resulted in 4 complaints from citizens.
