The Police filed a complaint against 20 citizens and 9 managers of establishments in the last 24 hours, after 1,848 checks carried out nationwide, in order to ascertain compliance with and implementation of the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act.
A spokesman for the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters told CNA that 379 checks were carried out in Nicosia, during which 2 premises managers were reported.
