In the last 24 hours, the Police filed complaints against eleven citizens and four owners or managers of premises, after conducting 1,902 checks nationwide, in order to ascertain compliance with and implementation of the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act.
As a spokesman for the Police Headquarters Communication Branch told CNA, 445 checks were carried out in Nicosia, in the context of which 4 citizens and 2 establishments were reported, while in Limassol 187 checks were carried out, which resulted in 2 complaints from citizens.
