The 11 arrested for the riots in Paphos that took place on Monday, 3 January 2022 have been released with restrictive conditions.
The Paphos Police today filed an indictment in the Paphos District Court against 11 persons who allegedly participated in the riots in Paphos on 3/1/22.
Defendants 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are charged with conspiracy to commit a misdemeanour, rioting, melee, common assault, disorderly conduct, while defendants 4, 5, 6 are charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, burglary of a dwelling during the night, causing grievous bodily harm, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor, assault causing actual bodily harm, malicious mischief, menacing, common assault and rioting.
