Post for passengers of cancelled or changed (time/date) FlyOne flights.
When you cancel a flight, of course, the company owes you a full refund for the tickets, but they also owe you a refund if the time of the flight has been significantly changed, the date, the airport of departure has changed and you are not happy with it.
Many passengers request a refund via the FlyOne website but the FlyOne system in this case understands such request as a refund of your choice and deducts a certain amount (it could be for example 200 € when you have spent 300 € on the ticket).
In case of schedule changes by FlyOne (changed time, date, airport, canceled flight etc) you should contact the company by phone or mail (but they do not respond quickly by mail) and request a full refund.
